RCA Associates, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Randall C. Arnold Jr. with a commitment to providing professional, reliable, and science-based biological and environmental consulting services. For more than 35 years, RCA Associates, Inc. has proudly served Southern California and surrounding areas, building a reputation for quality work, integrity, responsiveness, and practical environmental solutions.
Since its founding, RCA Associates, Inc. has provided biological and environmental expertise for a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, renewable energy, and public works projects. Our experience includes biological resource assessments, endangered and special-status species surveys, focused and protocol-level surveys, pre-construction surveys, biological monitoring, jurisdictional delineations, environmental permitting support, and regulatory compliance services.
